Speaking of ages, it was recently said that Hank Pym was born in 1981, making him 32, which I think is too young. Does that mean he's younger than Scott Lang, who must be at least 35 because of cassie? Also does that mean he was a widow at age 20 or something since he met the Wasp at least 12 years ago?

Hank is the oldest of the founding Avengers (except for Thor, who doesn’t look it) and is around 46 years of age, if I recall correctly.
