Magneto was de-aged into a baby in the 70s. I use that to hand-wave how a Holocaust survivor could be so young in 2013. Don't ask me to explain how Nick Fury could have fought alongside Cap in WW2 and still be around, though. LMDs? It's always LMDs with him.
Fury was explained even earlier–he takes the Infinity Formula which prolongs his age (or did, until he had to give the last of it to Bucky and Young Fury.) And I just covered the de-aging of Magneto thing previously, and how it doesn’t solve the problem.
