Every fan deserves to be heard, and to have their questions answered, provided that they’re presented in a reasonable manner (and taking into account the fact that I can’t possibly answer every question asked of me.) Carlos has shown himself to be dogged, but not disrespectful or antagonistic or awful. So he gets the same consideration as everybody else.
