  • Indiana Jones was also *created* as a 36-year-old professor instead of as a 24-year-old grad student. Not many people are really asking for him to be in his 60s or 70s, apart from the fact that Harrison Ford (as a human being) continues to age.

    That’s a very good point. And also, as sure as night follows day, sooner or later they’ll try to do a film that recasts the part with a younger actor, STAR TREK style.
