I was responding to the answer to the reader who asked why some characters can't naturally be on their 30's, and not saying the characters had to age, but why we can't have some -- not all, or even a majority, but some -- characters who are naturally in their 30's, 40's, 50's, and even 60's? Since kids interact with their grandparents and older relatives, older teachers and neighbors... And isn't that ageism? I liked the older Reed Richards, Magneto... when I was a young reader.
