  • Should we gather then that all marvel characters are fozen at 29 or younger? Cap is 29, tony is 29 Scott is 29 and so on?

No, hardly. But what you should gather is that characters in the Marvel Universe age very, very slowly, practically not at all in most cases, and that an increasingly long period of time is going to continue to be compressed down into a much smaller span of years that account for the careers of these characters. Within the context of the Marvel Universe, it’s only been around 13 years since the Fantastic Four first got their powers, so every story we’ve done since 1961 happens within that span of time. And it requires a certain amount of liquidity in terms of how it all works–those folks who try to figure out the ration of “Marvel time” to real time are doomed to fail, because it isn’t a consistent thing, it’s completely situational. And that’s all because the continuity exists to serve the stories, rather than the stories existing to serve the continuity.
