New Brevoort Formspring

Hi Tom; Since the announcemen of Inhumanity I just went and dug up Son of M and re-read it and yes I was confused , he didn't try it on Humans he tried it on a few mutants on Genosha but after reading Son of M and then doing a quick wiki search I can't seem to find what happened between America and Inhumans since Black Bolt declared war , but now their hovering over New York so what story line am I missing that may answer my question?
