Is it true that Bendis uses his seniority and brand loyalty to Marvel to bully lesser selling or newer writers to get his way. I heard a rumor that someone stood up to him once during the Siege era of Marvel and now they're blacklisted from Marvel because he took it personal when they just didn't want Bendis to use a character they were using, especially since he wanted the character exclusively.

This is such absolute nonsense that I don’t even know where to begin. No, not true at all. Sounds like the sort of story that supposedly in-the-know fans like to spread to each other, to show off how they know the “true inside story.”
