  • Tom, I'm really interested in picking up this recently ended Fury MAX series in trades, but I'm worried about its "continuity". How involved is the story with the other Fury MAX series that Ennis has done? Can I just start reading this volume, or is it linked to the other volumes that were done?

    While it can be fit together with the other MAX material that Garth has written, you can go into FURY MAX cold and have no difficulty following anything. It’s not at all continuity-based, but it is very much history-based.
