I know it's kinda late but i just noticed, in AvX 4 there's a blurb that says the Blue area on the moon was created by the skrulls, I thought it was created by the Kree?

Nope, it was created by the Skrulls as the arena in which the Kree and the Cotati would compete to see which could accomplish more within a certain span of time.
