You guys haven't come up with anyone more memorable than Gwen Stacy for Peter Parker in the last forty (?) years and she's already made two movie appearances with a third on the way. I would say she's pretty special at this point...

I suspect that the many, many Mary Jane Watson fans out there would disagree with you. And I also suspect that this next movie appearance is going to be Gwen’s last, for obvious reasons.
