Tom, I am one of the former customers who quit buying Marvel comics because of the "we'll never admit to being wrong" attitude and arrogance from you and others at Marvel, and the disrespectful attitude given to unhappy customers, as if their financial/emotional investment of years with Marvel is not important, because now Marvel is all about you guys, not characters and readers. I expect, as usual, for you to disagree, as if the other guy is wrong, despite lots of complaints over Marvel's PR.

I’m sorry you feel that way, but I would also have to say that obviously I don’t think that we have the attitude that you’re speaking about. But that said, it is absolutely impossible to give every reader exactly what he or she wants, because not every reader wants the same thing, and many of those desires are contrary to one another. All we can do is what we’ve always done, work our hardest to do the best books and the best stories that we can.
