How early was the decision made to Polybag Age of Ultron 10? The reason that I ask is that the justification was to protect the top secret Joe Quesada ending. But disappointingly it turns out this was simply Angela's arrival, which we had already been informed of. The only other revelation was the Galactus arrival, which again was clear from the Hunger solicits ahead of time. Seems a little unusual to Polybag the comics, but not the lips of everyone who revealed its contents well ahead of time?

Sorry you feel this way. Yes, the bagging of the issue was determined very early, to protect the secret of Angela’s appearance. But then we got to a point where that information had leaked out, and we had no choice but to reveal it ahead of time. By that point, though, the issue was already being solicited as bagged, so we were committed to bagging it.
