This would be a hypothetical question, you already know what it is my desire concerning my favourite character and that actually is not currently a priority reading your previous answers, but really I would like to understand in which it is based the fact of using a character or another on a frequent way or how to convince you that a character that urgently needs further development and background it is worth the effort?
You need a writer in a position to use that character having a desire to do so, and having good, engaging ideas for using that character.
