Maybe I missed it, but I see everybody ranting about it, so I'll ask. I did notice the Ultimate (aka, the Sam Jackson) Nick Fury show up in Avenging, and I thought, "Huh, did they retcon Nick Fury or something?" So, did you, or was that an...I dunno, storytelling choice or something?" I'm kind of okay with it if you did (it's the version the general public is more accustomed to) but it's certainly a choice that would rankle some.
No, that’s the new younger Fury, son of the original, that we introduced in the BATTLE SCARS series a year or two back. He’s appearing regularly in SECRET AVENGERS if you want more information.
