New Brevoort Formspring

Just wanted to pop in and say, I am extremely excited about Mighty Avengers! I much prefer teams that are more "street level," and I really like the majority of the cast. My question is, will Spider-man be leaving the Avengers uhhhh A-team for this? Or will he be on both teams?
