Tom, now that that lack of female writers thing has been misconstrued and blown up on tumblr, any chance you'll try doing anything about it?

I haven’t seen any of that, I’m not about to go looking for it, and I don’t know what there is to be done about it specifically apart from hiring qualified people when the opportunity presents itself. But I don’t hire writers because of their gender any more than I do their race, their marital status or their sexual orientation. I hire them based on their writing. That’s not likely to change.
