why is herc NOT in infinity. if i were leading the avengers and a big epic cosmic thing was going down, i'd tell black widow to take a vacation and call in herc to fill her shoes.

Herc is not in INFINITY because not every single character can be in every single story. Herc isn’t currently an Avenger and isn’t currently being featured in any titles, so the opportunities to get him into teh story are relatively slim.
