New Brevoort Formspring

Hi there Mr. Brevoort. Big fan of your work -- Avengers, Thunderbolts, Cap. Marvel, Cap. America, Fantastic 4, et al.. Anyway, my question was about the recent Captain Universe: The Hero Who Could Be You book. I enjoyed it well enough (mainly for the Ditko artwork), but was wondering why there wasn't a digital code included for it. I thought all books $3 and up were getting them. Right then.
