" where an established character has been changed to gay for a headline?" Well that's a cynical point of view to be sure. With Marvel I don't think so but the weddings and the engagements don't feel organic. They feel like they are for headlines and they irk me. I felt like Northstar/Kyle, Wiccan and Hulking, Batwoman/Maggie Sawyer and Lucy in the Sky all felt a bit forced but for the best intentions. But maybe that's just the same for comic book marriage in general.
