Does the Revengers story from the New Avengers and Avengers annuals a couple of years back take place before or after Bobbi gets injected with the Super Soldier/Infinity formula? It makes no sense to me for the story to take place after but otherwise she should have been killed or severely injured when a huge piece of rubble falls on her in the NA annual. Dr. Strange is shown very badly hurt when the team is dug out in the Avengers annual, but we never see Bobbi once in that issue.

Depends on how that rubble fell, I’d say. There have been plenty of instances of people being dug out of collapsed buildings whole and intact, just trapped by the falling debris.
