what is the general public's view on Sentinels? Are they like "F yea! kill dem muties!" or do they view them as giant robots that kill more humans than mutants and cause tons of property damage?

I expect that it varies person to person, at least somewhat based on how much of a clear and present danger they think mutants represent. But nobody likes them come tax-filing time.
