With comic prices already at 4 bucks for a single issue, at what point will it simply not be feasible to print comics any longer? Have to imagine there will come a point where the per issue cost will be so great that you can't move enough physical copies to justify a print run of say 30,000...

Maybe, maybe not. People were making the same argument when the price of the books went up to a quarter. And even if we do reach that point, which I don’t think is likely for a good long time yet, there’s always the digital format which has no such restrictions.
