On all seven issues of Uncanny Avengers where Wanda has appeared so far her eyes were brown. Is it safe to say that they're canonically brown instead of green now, or is it still a mistake, albeit one that has been going on for so many months?

Wanda’s eyes are green, so that would simply be a mistake.
