About the issue reference footnotes - I miss 'em, but understand why they've been mostly absent since you switched over to reprinting everything in other formats. But I wonder if that will always hold true - now that you're selling a not-insignificant amount of books online, through retailers that also offer a la carte back issue purchasing, if this might not make a return - i.e., "See Avengers #300," and then there's a link in the book to the site selling Avengers #300.
Certainly once the technology gets to the point where you can embed such a link across platforms and devices and such, it’s far more likely that we’d begin to do this again, sure.
