Is there any possibility old titles like The Crew or Master of Kung Fu will get collected in trades or offered digitally?

It’s always possible, but not incredibly likely in either case. With THE CREW, there hasn’t been a whole lot of interest, and with MASTER OF KUNG FU, there’s the issue of the characters who were licensed from the Sax Rohmer estate to whom Marvel no longer has any rights.
