I know marvel does count gambits origin in the storyline x-men the end as official canon but can I make it my own personal canon because its the closes we've gotten to getting a origin for gambit and most people see it as canon?

As an individual reader, you can consider whatever you like to be canonical. But from a Marvel publishing point of view, nothing in X-MEN: THE END is.
