About an all-female Avengers book and the right premise: How does that work? I mean, the idea of Secret Avengers came from the editors and then you ask the writers for a project, or the writers come to you and tell you the idea... ?

It works both ways, in different cases. Sometimes a creator walks in with a great concept, sometimes we have a concept that we pitch to a creator.
