I'm not asking for you to give away any proprietary information, but, for digital sales, do your accounting/marketing guys track how well you do with books priced at $.99 vs $3.99? I would think that you'd do we'll enough with the lower price point to move in that direction on a regular basis. $3.99 seems like it would outprice most folks -- creating a barrier to entry to thie digital format.
Sure, of course we do. But the other thing to keep in mind is that you need to sell four $.99 copies to equal the sale of one $3.99 copy–and at least so far, from what we’ve seen, that barrier to entry isn’t where you think it is, at least not for most of our readers.
