Any idea why Midtown is shipping the AU issues with subscriptions? This has never been done before, and I wasn't super happy to receive WatXM 27AU since I'm not following the main Age of Ultron series. Appreciate your response.

Couldn’t tell you, but I’d imagine it’s because those issues are a part of the run of the main book, rather than something on the sided. It’s also likely that if they didn’t include them in the subscriptions, other readers who did want them and expect to get them would be unhappy.
