is there some kind of official Chart of the structure of the Marvel Multiverse with the places of each Entity, Cosmic God, Skyfather, Elder God, Demon and similar in the great order of things, or they just get created and lumped with the other lot as the story goes along? i ask because i saw the image of the "hyerarchy" made by some fan on whom you commented, and was curious if there was a design or if they were made on the fly...
