Don't need a reasonable circumstance, Wanda is batshit crazy and a ticking time bomb that Cap is ignoring so that he can be right even though doing so has lead to the deaths of countless humans and mutants alike.

I don’t know what any of that has to do with the question that I asked. I can’t think of any reasonable reason why Wanda would re-empower Magneto even if she could–aside from any of the stuff that you rattled off (not that I necessarily agree with your assessment.)
