I've been curious from the very first issue - why doesn't Peter's spirit just fly down to Greenwich and contact Doctor Strange? Seems as if that would solve the problem fairly quickly.

You make it sound so easy! But have we seen Peter’s essence in any place that his body wasn’t in (apart from inside his own or Ock’s memories)?
