  • what is the point of avengers assemble contining i know it started as a book for people who like the movie but now all the stories feel extraneoues Alex alonso primary mission statement since he took over as eic is every book needs to have its own voice and avengers assemble both in terms of scope and characters feels way too much like secret avengers and the only reason for the last few issue has been crossover fodder i just wished this book would end and we get a few more iisues of secret

    Whether or not we publish AVENGERS ASSEMBLE has no bearing on how many issues of SECRET AVENGERS we put out–you wouldn’t suddenly get more SA releases if AA went away, that’s a fallacy. And the point of AVENGERS ASSEMBLE is to tell entertaining Avengers stories.
