So if Age of Ultron is happening now and it's not an alternate universe, that means none of the other stories are happening now. So is All-New X-Men before or after Age of Ultron? Certainly, they aren't happening at the same time... lol I'm pulling your leg. This isn't a serious question. Readers can tell the AoU book won't fit into a logical time-frame between other stories. People just want you to go ahead and say so. That's why they ask that "when" question they already know the answer to.

And I’m telling you, and have been since the beginning, that when all is said and done you will be able to put AGE OF ULTRON into a logical time-sequence with the other books in the line. Some of you guys just don’t believe me because you “know” the answer already. But so long as you continue to read the series, we’re fine either way.
