The upcoming "Avengers: Heavy Metal" paperback got me thinking... what are the chances of a new incarnation of Heavy Metal appearing in Avengers A.I.? Seems like the perfect place for that villain team.

I suppose it’s possible, but we’re going to be looking to tell new stories rather than revisiting stories from the past. That Heavy Metal story is twenty-five years old at this point. So sure, we could do a new story that touches on some of those events, but I don’t think it’s all that likely, at least not at the start.
