This may not be your department, but what's up with Star Wars comics? It seemed inevitable that Marvel would take over the brand, but Dark Horse seems to be pumping out a new Star Wars series every week. Is this a matter of them having a deadline before they lose the rights, or are we not going to see Star Wars comics from Marvel?
Who knows what the future will bring, but right now and for the foreseeable future Dark Horse has the STAR WARS license, so it’s correct and proper that they publish STAR WARS material.
