Tom, I'm going to assume that Avengers AI is under your jurisdiction as overseeing editor (even if you're not the day to day editor on the book, its part of your office right?), and as such can I begbegbegbeg you to make Humphries promise to not ever mention the "slap"? It'd be nice if Pym could move forward as a character and not be shackled to an extremely unpopular moment from thirty years ago.

I promise nothing. The events of a character’s past are always going to be fodder for new stories in the present–every character is informed by his past. Doesn’t mean that Sam is going to do anything touching on the slap, but I’m certainly not going to put a stockade around it for him as a writer.
