Disagreed with Alex because mutant isn't a slur. However given it's been used so negatively in the past I can understand why he dislikes the term. Alex's view on the being called a mutant is at odds though with the most of the character's that we're familar with. So I presume someone will take issue with him over it? Like Rogue for example. Those kind of labels might separate groups from the mainstream but there's community, culture and acceptance within the "other" that I felt he dismissed.
