I thought Uncanny Avengers 5 was a good issue, but had some issues with Havok's speech. One of the reasons I really enjoy the X-world is because a lot of the stories resonate with me. As a minority it was very easy to relate to a lot of their stories. I've enjoyed pretty much everything I've read by Remender, but it felt like the speech was coming from someone who doesn't get the minority experience. Like I'd be offended if a family member said they didn't want to be labeled as Indian.

I think that the point of Havok’s speech is that people aren’t all just one thing, and need not be defined by one aspect of who they are. So to use the little bit about yourself that you revealed here, you are Indian, but you’re also male, based on your photo you’re relatively young, I don’t know what your religious or political beliefs might be, or your sexual orientation. So defining you as Indian may be reductive–especially when the defining is being done by other people. You may want to be identified as Indian, but to other people, you might be seen as Male, or as Young, or as whatever.
