ive come around to the underdtandsing of relaunching books with new # 1 issues and 95% of the time it works but int he case of x-men legacy that was one book that did not need to be relaunched , look at the sales besides the issue 1 bump the numbers are now much much lower than before the relaunch, a lot of fans that was the one book that they had every issue from #1 of the jim lee days massive miscalcution on your part for that book
