  • You do realize WHY no one believes you that Age of Ultron is taking place in the Marvel U, right? Has there been a major marvel event in recent years that hasn't been completely undone? Even Civil War and House of M have been largely undone.

None of those events have been undone. But as with anything, new stories happen, and the situations with the characters continue to evolve. That’s hardly a new thing: Spider-Man isn’t in high school anymore, and hasn’t dated Betty Brant or Liz Allen or Gwen Stacy in years, for example. Doesn’t mean that those stories in which he went to High School or dated those girls are any less valid or relevant. You seem to want some sort of solid-state existence for the Marvel universe based on what you’re saying, and not only is that unlikely to ever happen, it would be disastrous in terms of maintaining the popularity of these characters over the years.
