I know that in the past there have been editors/assistants/associates in charge of specific portions of the Marvel U based on characters/story-lines, such as the X-books, but what about projects that aren't a part of a clear subset? For wild-card projects, are editors assigned by genres, some other criteria, or can any editor try to bring in an off-beat property?
