I think people are sending you their gripes about the X-Men because at the moment you seem to be the only person on the Marvel editorial staff who's actually kind of accessible to the fan community. Alonso doesn't answer questions on CBR anymore, Brevoort doesn't talk on his Q&A tumblr, and Ketchum barely even tweets.

Nothing I can do about that–everyone gets to decide their own level of interactivity. Tom answered fan questions for many years. He put up with a lot. If he’s taking a break from it, I think he’s entitled to it.
I, generally, like interacting with you folks. But when you’re getting a lot of anger flying at you, it’s pretty easy to decide to walk away. I don’t wanna do that. So, fingers crossed.
