    I wasn’t saying that we judge our books relative to how DC sells. We don’t at all–we judge them on their own merits based on actual sales figures that are not made public.

    It’s DIAMOND who releases the chart with every book by every publisher’s sales listed as a percentage of what Batman sold that month. Then people make estimations regarding what they think those numbers come out to.

    My point was to emphasize that the public doesn’t have the info we use to decide if a book gets cancelled.
