New Brevoort Formspring

If Batman vs Superman was about characters who were analogous to the DC heroes, but more of a Watchmenesque reimagining of them (so not actually Superman or Batman, just an alien hero and a grim vigilante, etc.), would you regard the movie as a good movie? I've been wrestling with this.
