New Brevoort Formspring

I'd hate to be 'one of those guys' when it comes to continuity, BUT it is getting confusing when characters like Black Cat pops up in Silk and Spider-Man, Enchantress in Illuminati and Thor and Kang in Inhumans and Avengers at the same time but without any reference to each other. I don't want to nitpick but can't editors talk amongst themselves to cut down on the overlap?
