Have Ian Rogers and Jet Black reverted to characters out there for when someone wants to use them, or do you still consider them a part of the current Captain America orbit?
They’re Captain America characters, for certain. Doesn’t mean that they couldn’t turn up in another book at some point if somebody had an idea, though.
