In Old Man Logan, the supers from Logans past have the current costumes.I guess this an effect of what you called “Marvel time”.

But this week we learn that Logan’s probably does not come from the Prime Earth futur because Thor was not a women in his Earth’s futur. But in #1 we saw dead Sam (as cap), Miles and Kamala. Three other characters very ANAD.
Are those continuity errors ?>
