  • The last time that female comics creators got the job opportunities and level of reception that they get now was in the 80s. Was the hate mail towards Ann Nocenti and Louise Simonson similar in tone to the Twitter abuse that Kate Leth and G Willow Wilson get today?

    I think you’d really have to ask them. I don’t recall it being that way, but I wasn’t in the field at that time, and they would certainly have had the first hand experience that I could never relay.
